The first half is provider-led intake — medical history, prior treatments, what you have and haven't tolerated, the goal you'd describe to a friend. We document everything in your record so subsequent visits don't repeat questions.
The second half is examination plus treatment planning. We photograph in standardized lighting, walk through what we'd recommend in what order, and write it down. You leave with a printed plan, a price for the first cycle, and a quote for the year if you want to budget it. No upsell, no same-day pressure. Most patients book a follow-up within ten days.
